Privacy
This notice covers agenticzero.xyz and its email update form. Partiful, social networks, maps, video platforms, and other sites linked from this website have separate providers and privacy terms.
If you join the programme update list, we process your email address, the time you submitted it, and a short source label that identifies where the signup came from. Our server sends this information to the mailing-list store used by Agentic Zero. We use it to send event and programme updates, manage the list, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. Email contact@agenticzero.xyz to unsubscribe or ask us to remove your signup information.
We use Umami analytics to measure aggregate traffic and see which pages people use. We do not add advertising trackers or use analytics to build cross-site advertising profiles. Our hosting and analytics providers may process technical request data needed to deliver and secure the site, including page path, browser type, approximate location, referrer, timestamps, and network information.
When a recognised automated crawler visits, we may classify its user agent, verify the claimed crawler family through DNS, and record the requested path, timestamp, user agent, referrer, classification, and verification result. We use the connecting IP address for DNS verification and do not include it in the crawler log. We do not add human visits to that log.
Agentic Zero does not sell personal information. Service providers may handle information when they host the site, operate analytics, store the mailing list, deliver email, or process ticket purchases. We may also preserve or disclose information when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the protection of the site and its users.
Email contact@agenticzero.xyz to ask what information we hold for your email address, request a correction or deletion, unsubscribe, or raise a privacy question. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, private keys, seed phrases, or other secrets. We last updated this notice on August 21, 2026. We will revise it here if the site’s data practices change.
